Eric Ben Mayor – CEO
Eric Ben Mayor serves as CEO of RescueDose since 2017, following the acquisition of majority shareholding of the company.
Eric also serves as the CEO of a several companies and start-ups. Most of the companies are located in Israel and others overseas. These include medical and dental laser equipment companies, dental hi-tech start-ups and medical equipment start-ups.
Eric has 30 years of experience in the medical field. He provides companies with legal counsel and consultancy services in matters relating to investment activities, raising capital, merges & acquisitions and business strategy & development.
Adi Ben Mayor – VP Business Development
Adi specializes in the Business Development of medical and dental companies in Israel and abroad.
Following a 3 year posting in Taiwan, at the BenQ Corporation, Adi returned to Israel and joined RescueDose in 2017.
Adi is a lawyer and holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration from the IDC Herzliya institute in Israel and is a graduate of the Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law of Duke University School of Law and Hong Kong University.
Ephi Messing – VP Sales and Marketing
With over a decade of experience in promoting international collaboration projects, Ephi has developed a strong track record in fostering partnerships across various sectors. Ephi’s deep expertise in leading EU R&D initiatives has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive innovation through effective teamwork and strategic planning. Ephi holds a Master of Science in Natural Sciences and Biotechnology, which has provided her with a solid foundation in scientific principles and research methodologies, enabling her to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary projects.
Ephi has joined the RescueDose team as VP sales and Marketing.
Devi Abraham – R&D Engineer Manager
Devi brings over 25 years of experience in managing engineering and R&D teams across diverse industries, with a specialization as an R&D Engineer in medical devices, robotic medical equipment, and manufacturing engineering. He has previously overseen systems engineers in digital printing and medical devices, ensuring strict adherence to ISO and FDA regulations. In 2022, he joined the RescueDose team as an R&D Engineer Manager. Devi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel.
Eli Leshem – Software Engineer
Eli is a multi-disciplinary engineer with hands-on design experience in Software, Hardware, Control (PLC, steppers, AC/DC motors, Heating), Mechanics, Electronics (logic) and Electro-Optics. With more than 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary companies including EMC Corp, Indigo and Scitex, Eli masters almost all software languages including PERL, C, C++, UNIX, LINUX, and JAVA.
Eli holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and BA in Physics (Cum Laude), from the Open University.
Boris Rappaport – Mechanical Engineer
Boris holds a B.Sc. and MOC in Mechanical Engineering from the Sevastopol Technical University in Sevastopol, Russia.
Shimon Dvir – Production Manager
Shimon is a senior product manager with vast experience in promoting multidisciplinary projects from prototype manufacturing processes to mass production. With extensive hands-on knowledge in solving and supporting technical problems using various technologies (machining, casting, plastic injection and coating). Shimon brings with him more than 3 decades of experience in multidisciplinary companies in the Optoelectronics field as well as in the Medical Device field.
Shimon is a graduate professional in mechanical engineering, who underwent various professional courses in industrial pneumatics and hydraulics and production management.
